We advertise every home until it is Sold and we provide you with copies of every ad that we place. Properties are featured on the Internet on Realtor.com, IDX systems, personal websites, Judy Niemeyer Team website as well as many other industry specific sites.
Multiple Listing Service
We submit the listing information, with photos, to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) within one business day. The MLS is a technologically advanced property information service for Realtors. Through the participation in this service your home is immediately exposed to thousands of Realtors in Baldwin and Mobile counties.
Brochures
A one or two page color flyer/brochure showcasing your property will be produced for distribution to prospective buyers.
Newspaper & Other Publications
We submit advertising to the Sunday Baldwin Register, where picture ads will be placed in the Homes Section as often as possible. Your property may be eligible for submission to local and national real estate publications, to be determined by property type and sales price. National publications would include: Unique Homes, The Wallstreet Journal, and DuPont Registry. Other local publications include: The Real Estate Book, Find-a-home, Real Estate Connection, and Gulf Coast Properties.

The Property is featured on the Internet on Realtor.com and judysells.com as well as individual real estate industry specific websites to provide maximum Internet based exposure of your property.
Monthly Updates
We provide bi-monthly updates until the property is sold. These updates are designed to give you feedback on all showings, whenever possible, as well as give you copies of all print media ads. This information, coupled with our personal telephone calls, helps you knowledgeably achieve the best results in obtaining current market value for the sale of your home.
